Founder Story
I built Build House AI because I needed these systems too.
I didn't build Build House AI because I wanted to talk about AI.
I built it because I wanted to put AI to work.
I've spent years working with technology and solving problems. As I started growing my own business ventures, I began seeing some of those same problems from a different side — too much manual work, repetitive tasks, information scattered everywhere, and too much time spent doing things that should be easier.
What really pushed me deeper into AI, though, was being laid off.
That changed the way I thought about what came next. I started paying closer attention to AI, learning what it could actually do, and asking a different question: "How can I use this to build something useful, create better systems, and work smarter?"
That's when AI stopped being something I was just interested in and started becoming something I wanted to put to work.
A Different Perspective
AI has to earn its place.
As I started building systems around my own work and business ventures, I learned pretty quickly that just because something uses AI doesn't mean it automatically belongs in the business.
Some things worked. Some had to be changed. Some had to be rebuilt completely.
If it doesn't make the work easier, improve the operation, help people make better decisions, reduce unnecessary effort, or create measurable value, then it doesn't belong in the business just because it's AI.
